Shipments are made according to your instructions on your courier account. The tracking number can be supplied upon request. Thus you can track your shipment.

Before returning goods to us, you have to ask us for an RMA number.

Samples of expensive parts might have to be charged. In this case you will be informed.
Supply of non-standard parts

The manufacturers ship many parts bulk. Roßmann can supply these parts in special packaging such as tray or tape and reel on request.
