Punchings, bending pieces, battery contacts and wiresprings

Rossmann offers standard punchings for battery and rechargeable battery contacting. The main focus is the development of customer-specific punchings which don't restrain only on the battery, respectively on the rechargeable battery contacting.


The drawing shows very different alternatives on punchings and bending parts. Thereby there (hardly) exist geometrical forms which are not realisable. Standard components of Keystone, MPD as well as Cambion are normally ex warehouse or on short call.

The trend goes clearly towards customer-specific components. These suit exactly the required application. By default there are possible different basic materials with surface refinements. Even coats of gold are possible.
