Rossmann always tries to satisfy the customers. We do not only want be a distributor, but we also support our customers with consult, planning and distribution.


Dispatch:

The dispatch of our products occurs usually after customer preference. Consignments are send daily per GLS to our customers. At bigger quantities, delivery will be carried out by a forwarding agency, wishes of the customers will, of course, be taken into consideration.  Acting like this, the customer can count with the desired goods on the next day. 
If you wish, we supply you with the tracking number, which enables you to see under CONSIGNMET PROSECUTION  , where your parcel is at this moment.
 
Sample Consignments:

Optionally, and concerning new designs, corresponding samples can be provided. This service will usually be carried out by mail.
Field Service:

For an individual visit of our employees we ask for an appointment arrangement on time. A lot of questions can, of course, be clarified before. The field service ( external work) you can reach HERE.
