TruStability – Serien

Piezoresistiver Siliziumdrucksensor mit ratiometrischem Analog- oder Digitalausgang zum Erfassen des Drucks über einen festgelegten Druckbereich sowie festgelegtem Temperaturbereich hinweg. Sensoren messen Drücke von

+/- 2,5mbar bis 40mbr [+/1 1inH2O bis +/- 30 in H2O]
+/- 60mbar bis 10bar [1 psi bis 150 psi ]

Verschiedene Gehäuse-, Montage-, Signal- und kundenspezifische Kalibrierungskonfigurationen sind möglich. Dank der Möglichkeit einer einseitigen Flüssigkeitsbeaufschlagung kann somit ein Anschlußport auch für „nasse“ (Kondensflüssigkeit) oder direkt für nichtkorrosive flüssige Medien verwendet werden. Features The RSC Series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering a digital output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. It is calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity using a 24-bit analog-todigital converter with integrated EEPROM. Pressure data may be acquired at rates between 20 and 2000 samples per second over an SPI interface. Hochleistung – Drucksensoren

Entwickelt für den potenziellen Einsatz in Druckanwendungen,  bei denen in rauen Umgebungen aggressive Medien,  die mit Edelstahl 316 verträglich sind, gemessen werden müssen.  Diese Stahlart erhöht die Korrosionsbeständigkeit, verbessert den Widerstand gegen den von Chloridionen ausgelösten Lochfraß und  bietet mehr Festigkeit bei hohen Temperaturen.

Dank der kleinen  Baugröße können die Sensoren entweder separat – in engen Gehäusen- oder als Baustein eines vollständigen Druckwandlers verwendet werden.

Die Unterdruckmessgeräteserie ist speziell für den potenziellen Gebrauch in  Anwendungen konzipiert, die einem Vakuum ausgesetzt sein können.
